About Sporting Shooters Pistol Club ACT (SSPC ACT)

Established nearly 50 years ago, Sporting Shooters Pistol Club ACT (SSPC ACT) is located within the SSAA Majura Range Complex in the Australian Capital Territory. The club offers a variety of pistol shooting disciplines, including Action Pistol, Air Pistol, Black Powder, IPSC, ISSF, Metallic Silhouette, and Service/WA1500. SSPC ACT is renowned for its commitment to safety, comprehensive training programs, and fostering a family-oriented environment. The club has a rich history of producing champions at state, national, and international levels, with members competing in events such as the Olympic and Commonwealth Games. Regular competitions and events are held, attracting participants from across Australia and internationally. New members are welcomed through a structured membership and training process, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and support to engage in the sport safely and competently. Monthly committee meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month (January to November) at the SSAA ACT Main Club House, beginning at 7:30 pm, and all are welcome to attend.
